What is the Focus of CTS?

CTS partners with local churches to be a bridge for people of faith, helping them to engage and connect their calling into the worlds of business, government, education, arts & media.

We help believers connect their callings to the world in which they live and work.

Why CTS?

Christians live and work in mainstream culture. Few Christians describe themselves as comfortable living out their faith in a secular setting. Thus… limiting their impact for the Kingdom.

Christians tend to be isolated with other Christians. They find themselves cloistered, bound by Christian jargon and radically isolated.

Believers face real threats to their values, their faith, and their lifestyle within the secular institutions they serve. Many just stay silent.

Christians lack resources to integrate their faith and practice into the workplace and into culture. A churchgoer, grounded in good theology and Christian discipleship, hears the benediction to go and make a difference in the world.

Then… walks out of the church building and stands expectantly at the threshold. CTS helps help believers connect their callings to the world.

WHAT MAKES US UNIQUE?

We offer courses and transforming experiences for Christian, entrepreneurial, risk-taking leaders that combine: (1) learning communities that provide both practitioner and cognitive input, (2) personalized coaching/mentoring to deepen and apply the learning (3) Kingdom Impact Practicum (KIPs) that move the learning from head, to heart to practice, applying Kingdom principles to all sectors of society.

Some learning experiences offer one or two of these, we offer all three. Together they move the learning experience from being information driven, to focusing on the transformation of the learner.
